1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OmniH diagnostic platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
OmniH enables licensed practitioners, laboratory partners, and patients to coordinate diagnostic ordering, fulfillment, and results securely across care settings.
2. Description of Service
OmniH provides digital infrastructure for healthcare practitioners to order laboratory and imaging diagnostics, receive structured results, and collaborate on patient care. We partner with certified laboratory networks to support high-quality diagnostic fulfillment.
3. User Roles & Eligibility
The Platform serves three primary roles. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Healthcare practitioners: licensed providers authorized to order diagnostics
- Lab facilities: certified centers that process orders and release results
- Patients: individuals who view results and manage their diagnostic journey
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify OmniH promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.
5. Health Privacy & HIPAA Compliance
OmniH applies industry-standard safeguards to protect health and personal data. For eligible U.S. workflows, we support HIPAA-aligned handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), including encryption and access controls described in our Legal policies.
6. No Medical Advice
OmniH is a technology platform, not a medical provider. Information on the Platform supports diagnostic coordination and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass security controls or reverse-engineer the Platform
- Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform performance
- Share account access with unauthorized third parties
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. While we partner with trusted laboratories, OmniH does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party laboratory findings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OmniH Health LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
