Regulation & Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 15, 2026
OmniH Health LLC (operating as OmniH) protects personal and health information entrusted to the platform. OmniH is subject to HIPAA regulatory expectations and periodic compliance reviews to maintain audit-grade security controls.
Information we collect
- Identity and account data for practitioners, laboratories, and patients
- Diagnostic orders, specimen metadata, and clinical results
- Technical usage data needed to operate and secure the service
- Billing and payment details processed through certified payment providers
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with authorized care participants involved in a diagnostic episode, with processors acting on our instructions, or when required by law.
Terms of Use & Service

Access to OmniH requires accurate professional use of the platform. OmniH is a coordination and infrastructure service-not a licensed medical provider. Clinical judgment remains with ordering practitioners and fulfilling laboratories.
HIPAA Compliance Notice
OmniH is designed to support HIPAA-aligned handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) for eligible U.S. users and covered workflows.
For U.S.-based practitioners and patients, we apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards-including encryption at rest (AES-256) and encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)-to protect PHI.
Patient rights
- Right to an electronic copy of applicable health records held in OmniH
- Right to request certain restrictions on uses and disclosures
- Right to receive notice of a breach affecting your PHI
HIPAA Security Acknowledgment
Effective date: May 28, 2026
Participating facilities acknowledge shared responsibility for safeguards while using OmniH, including workforce access control, device security, training, and incident escalation.
Facility commitments
- Enforce role-based access and prompt deprovisioning
- Secure PHI-accessing devices with lock-screen and endpoint controls
- Maintain workforce privacy/security training and escalation policies
- Cooperate with audits and breach-response procedures when required
Electronic Money and Payment Services
Effective date: May 28, 2026
OmniH supports facility-managed settlement and OmniH-managed processing. Authorization confirms the selected model and corresponding reconciliation responsibilities.
Payment models
- Facility-managed: Funds settle to your merchant account; your facility handles disputes and refunds.
- OmniH-managed: OmniH payment rails collect funds and remit payouts on agreed settlement cycles.
Data Protection Addendum & Regional Terms
Effective date: May 28, 2026
The Data Protection Addendum covers controller/processor roles, cross-border transfer safeguards, and subprocessor governance. Regional terms apply where local privacy, health, or Business Associate Agreement requirements supersede general platform terms.
Accessibility Statement
OmniH aims for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance so clinicians, laboratory staff, and patients can use the platform effectively. We continually improve keyboard access, contrast, and assistive-technology compatibility.
